Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition with tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

There is no restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not currently provide prepaid return labels.

How to Start a Return

Email us at craftklartltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back before receiving confirmation — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once accepted, we'll send you instructions on where to send your package.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at craftklartltd@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We'll resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalised orders
• Items returned without prior approval

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Orders — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Standard return conditions apply — unworn, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at craftklartltd@gmail.com.
