Orders

Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly after placement. If you need to make a change, contact us at craftklartltd@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before it ships. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.

Why was my order cancelled?

Orders may be cancelled due to payment verification issues, stock availability, or suspected fraud. If your order was cancelled, you'll receive an email with the reason. Contact us directly if you need clarification.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order via our Order Tracking page.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to most countries globally. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

UK orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders vary by location. Please allow additional time during peak periods and sale events.

Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?

We don't currently offer same-day delivery. Express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Visit our Return & Refund Policy page for full details.

How do I start a return?

Sizing

How do your pieces fit?

Craftklart pieces are designed with oversized silhouettes as a default. If you prefer a closer fit, we recommend sizing down. Check our Size Guide for measurements across all categories.
